Maintenance Connection employs only the most top notch people. These guys are a few members of our team who are excited to spend three months in close quarters together with the purpose of raising the bar with how our customers use Maintenance Connection. They’re committed to do whatever it takes to make sure your experience with the software is top notch and that you see why service excellence to customers is at the core of our company values.
Starting February 4th,
Brian Kincaid has offered to hold out shaving his beard until we
have at least 100 customers signed up to join us on the training
tour. Check back each week for an update.
Update (2/18/10): We're tracking well to reach 100 sign-ups very quickly. New goal is 150, and when this is achieved - a vote will be taken to shave 1) moustache-only, 2) Fu Man Chu, or 3) The Half Shave.
Update (3/11/10): We have hit the 150 mark for sign-ups, so its time to vote. Brian will be shaving on March 19th, so send in your vote before then.

Brian Kincaid
Master in Command
Meet Brian – our client services manager and one of several resident MC experts. He’s the guy you call when you want to make things happen. Brian eats, breathes and sleeps Maintenance Connection. His prior experience driving a furniture moving truck in a past life qualifies him to be the master in command for 2010’s MCRVTOUR. Brian owns a cat named Bailey, plays competitive volleyball, and is an avid Netflix movie subscriber.

Drew Hayes
Official RV Co-Pilot
Drew will be the official co-pilot of 2010’s MCRVTOUR. Drew hails from California and is one of the newer members of the MC team. If you don’t find Drew on the Frisbee golf course, he might be managing one of many special projects at Maintenance Connection – including the MCRVTOUR. Drew is the oldest of seven siblings, plays hockey 4-5 times per week, and prides himself as a competitive shooter. He has also been known to sport his Maintenance Connection footsie pajamas on his days off.

Ralph Stewart
The Hitchhiker
Ralph will be joining the trip in Orlando where we expect to find him with a thumb up on the side of the Interstate. Ralph is in our marketing department, and can often be found choreographing nationally proclaimed high school band marches. In past roles, Ralph has been a software tester, DJ, school teacher, and even spent some time as a bartender. Ralph has two dogs, Luna and Hailey.
